Creative Bodywork is a way of learning to become more aware our body’s own rich store of information and to become more skilful at using that accumulated knowledge in the body to be clearer about who we are, what we want, how we relate to others, and what decisions are right for us. It helps achieve greater self-awareness, increased self-confidence, and more satisfying social and relationship skills.

The focus is on learning to trust the body and its messages – and on becoming more sensitive to the body’s many cues. To enhance this sensitivity to the internal information system, attention, touch, words, movements are utilized, in both individual sessions and in a group context. Creative Bodywork includes Deep Reichian Bodywork, Postural Integration®, Energetic Integration. Pulsing is a related type of work, coming from the Pacific perspective on the body.

Becoming aware and alive to what is happening in the body at the moment opens up deep connections to ourselves and to others. For the body is the visible part of the soul.
